Sigmoid Parameter's Screen - end asymp dp max

Currently, max will not run at 100 or above

custom.widget.LabeledDoubleSpinbox#set_value & custom.widget.LabeledDoubleSpinbox#set_maximum. It looks like the correct value is being used but not displayed.
